The History
SJ College was established in July 2008 under the patronage of Shri Shwetamber Jain Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti as an offshoot of a century old tradition (since 1888) of excellence in education. Despite a proliferation of academic institutions in recent times, the need remains for establishing colleges, which would help create a harmony between the scientific spirit of inquiry and moral values. S.J College, Jaipur is the realization of long cherished dreams of the devoted and dedicated members of Shri Shwetamber Jain Community. Their philanthropic attitude and sagacity proved a boon for the emergence of this institution. The college has been designed to meet the growing needs by the creative and meaningful Professional Education for the all round development of its students.

S.J College has its basis in a scientific approach, using modern methods, aids and technology to develop the potential in the students and inculcate moral values in them. Presently it has all the three faculties (Science, Commerce & Arts).
