Following what Swami Vivekanand had iterated, “We that want that education bye which character is formed, strength off mind is increased, the intellect is expanded, and by which one can stand no one’s own feet” from past (12) ears SJ college has been working to align intellect and ethics while imparting formal education within its premise.

SG college has built its foundation on values which are traditional yet very much contemporary to seek and develop a global perspective in its functionality and conduct. We value approaches which can Incarnate students in the image of a compassionate, skilled, inquisitive and responsible individual who works for social and national welfare. Our curriculum incorporate better learning experience for students using practical an activity based lecture structures, physical and mental activities to boost overall developments and recreational programs to make this learning years a wholesome experience. Our objective it is to instill confidence, preparedness and self-sufficiency in the students so that they are well equipped to better the opportunities life gives to them. We make efforts to adopt to learner centric classroom structures wish not only give incentive two student teacher engagement but also develop soft skills and substantiate personality development. We conduct skill oriented workshops, seminars with experts and motivational speakers, leadership training programs and camps full of career opportunities to make and consolidate future ways of our students even after there college years. Through several competitions all around the year, be it sports, art forms, debates or writing, we encourage and strenghthen an environment of trust, care, camaraderie and healthy competitiveness among the students.
